2、otypesofcomprehensionarenotincompatibletosomeextentbothwaysarenecessaryfasystematicalcomprehensivestudyofthepassivevoice.TheConstitutionoftheUnitedStates(1787)(hereinafterreferredtoastheConstitution)isthefirstaswellasthe

3、mostenduringstatuteconstitutioninthecontemparywld.Sinceitsfmulationin1787methantwohundredyearshavepassedduringwhichtimethewholewldtheUnitedStatesincludedhaschangeddramaticallybothpoliticallyeconomicallyyetastothechangeof

4、theConstitutiononlytwentysevenamendmentsareaddedtoitexceptfwhichtheConstitutioniskeptintact.lotsofscholarsattempttofigureoutthereasonsfitsstabilityfromtheperspectiveofjurisprudence.HoweverthelanguageuseintheConstitutioni

5、tselfalsoaddstoitsendurancewhichisalwaystakenfgranted.Inaccdancewiththeauth’sincompletestatisticstheConstitutionmaintainsalargeptionofinstancesofthepassivevoicewthstudying.Tosomedegreethehighfrequencyoftheemploymentofthe
