1、摘要隨著社會主義市場經濟的迅速發(fā)展，我國高等教育己步入大眾化階段。自1999年高校實行擴招以來，大學生就業(yè)形勢日益嚴峻。因此，如何做好新形勢下的大學生職業(yè)生涯教育工作，引起了社會各界的普遍關注，成為我國高等教育面臨的一項新任務、新課題。職業(yè)生涯教育所詮釋的是以人為本的原則，以人的自由全面發(fā)展為終極目標的教育理念，對于大學生個人、學校、社會三者的發(fā)展都具有舉足輕重的作用。如今，國外發(fā)達國家的大學生職業(yè)生涯教育經過多年的發(fā)展已形成了較為完整

2、的理論和實踐體系。然而，在我國出于社會歷史原因，開展職業(yè)生涯教育的時間還相當短暫，職業(yè)生涯教育還處于初級階段且存在許多不足。本文在已有研究的基礎上，從教育學、心理學、社會學等多學科的角度，以相關的理論為指導，運用文獻法、比較法、問卷調查法等研究方法，對大學生職業(yè)生涯教育進行了比較深入系統的探討：首先對職業(yè)生涯教育相關概念進行界定，搞清楚職業(yè)、職業(yè)生涯、職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的含義，在界定職業(yè)生涯教育內涵的基礎上提出大學生職業(yè)生涯教育的具體含義，即

3、針對大學生自身的特點有計劃進行的旨在實現大學生可持續(xù)職業(yè)發(fā)展的全方位的教育活動，為本文的研究奠定了理論基礎；其次結合問卷調查的統計結果，從大學生個人及高校角度分別闡述我國大學生職業(yè)生涯教育的現狀及存在的問題，找出我國職業(yè)生涯教育的基礎薄弱，發(fā)展嚴重滯后，未引起足夠重視，組織保證不夠，職業(yè)生涯教育的社會環(huán)境缺失以及大學生忽視對自身職業(yè)素質的培養(yǎng)等導致這些問題的原因；在此基礎上闡述國外大學生職業(yè)生涯教育的內容和特點及其借鑒，最后提出大學生職
