5、n the research of the current situation, this paper expounds the constructivism, behavioral and cognitive structure assimilation, learning theory, for the development of the task of providing theoretical guidance. On thi
6、s basis, induction and analysis of the secondary vocational school teachers in xinxiang of education technology training appeared in the lack of system training mechanism, the training content biased and assessment syste
7、m is not perfect and so on the prominent question. Finally, in view of the modern education technology secondary vocational teachers of the problems existing in the training, according to the related theory, gives the es
8、tablish a training incentive mechanism, the establishment of scientific training content, to make a scientific evaluation scheme, establishing training incentive mechanism and implement various training methods of proble
9、m coping strategies. The preliminary training practice shows that these strategies can effectively solve the secondary teacher education technology training of problem, can improve secondary teacher education modern tech
