23、一、明確微型消防站隊(duì)長(zhǎng)、工作人員及職責(zé)。二、消防站人員應(yīng)定期開(kāi)展消防業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)，制定滅火應(yīng)急疏散預(yù)案，并聯(lián)合各項(xiàng)目管理部門(mén)定期開(kāi)展消防演練。三、按時(shí)上、下班，不遲到、不早退。嚴(yán)格請(qǐng)銷(xiāo)假制度，請(qǐng)假一天以上，需經(jīng)隊(duì)長(zhǎng)簽字批準(zhǔn)。未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)，工作人員不得隨意離開(kāi)消防站。四、按照工作計(jì)劃，開(kāi)展消防安全檢查，對(duì)于發(fā)現(xiàn)的火災(zāi)的隱患和違法行為予以整改和制止。五、消防站隊(duì)長(zhǎng)應(yīng)制定站內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)、訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃，按照計(jì)劃組織學(xué)習(xí)、開(kāi)展訓(xùn)練，并達(dá)到一定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。六、定期對(duì)站內(nèi)消

47、防安全做出突出成績(jī)者；（二）發(fā)現(xiàn)火災(zāi)隱患及時(shí)報(bào)告者；（三）發(fā)現(xiàn)初起火災(zāi)及時(shí)采取有效措施處置，避免重大損失者；（四）在火災(zāi)情況中判斷正確，處置果斷，撲救事跡突出者；（五）積極參加消防宣傳教育培訓(xùn)、演練；（六）在日常工作中有其他優(yōu)異成績(jī)和突出表現(xiàn)者。三、有下列情形之一者，根據(jù)情況予以處罰：（一）不履行本崗位職責(zé)，不落實(shí)消防安全制度，對(duì)消防安全工作造成影響的；（二）不會(huì)使用滅火器材滅火和不會(huì)報(bào)火警的；（三）無(wú)故不參加消防培訓(xùn)、演練的。四、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)
