4、chnologybasedselfservicessuchasATMsintermobilephone.Withtheseselfservicetechnologiesthatis‘technologicalinterfacesthatenablecustomerstoproduceaserviceindependentofdirectserviceemployeeinvolvementcustomerscancreatevaluewi
5、thouttheexplicitinvolvementoftheserviceprovider.Ithasevenbeensuggestedthattechnologyiseliminatinginterpersonalserviceencountersaltogether.Consequentlyachallengefthebanksectishowtocreateservicevalue.Aspectstraditionallyse
