4、 suburb). 2. 查看門窗是否具備安全上鎖 Check the lock validity of the doors and windows. 3. 檢查住所內(nèi)有無完備的防火設(shè)備(如滅火器,報警器等)，熟悉住處的求生通道. 一旦火災(zāi)發(fā)生,不要跳樓,先報警,然后自救逃生(用水蘸濕毛巾/衣服/布類物品,用其掩住口鼻逃生；濃煙時匍匐前進(jìn)；也可將被單或窗簾撕成長條,在房中系緊一頭,順著另一頭往樓下

8、rry　　a) 乘公交車及火車時注意禮貌，謙讓。乘公交車盡量往前坐或站立．尤其夜晚乘車應(yīng)避免坐后排。 when getting on a bus or train, be polite and unassuming. Try to sit or stand in the front, especially in the evening or at night.　　b) 遇見醉酒者，盡量避開或及早下車換乘。

9、 Try to avoid the drunk, or change transportation　　c) 按照乘船安全提示乘坐輪渡 Follow the safety notice when taking ferry. ２．騎自行車或自駕汽車 by bicycle or car 　　a) 騎自行車需戴頭盔，晚間須有提示燈，遵守交通規(guī)則 Tak

10、e on crash helmet when riding bicycle. Bicycle Light is needed at night. Obey the traffic rules. 　　b) 自駕汽車時嚴(yán)格遵守交通法規(guī)，不超速，不搶行，不闖紅燈，更不要酒后駕車 Strictly follow the traffic rules when driving a car. No speeding

11、, no unnecessary overtaking, no red light jumping and no drunk driving.,,３. 步行 Walking 　　a) 過馬路時須走人行橫道，切勿存僥幸心理闖紅燈． Use zebra crossing while crossing the road. Don’t run through the red light. 　　b) 行走

12、時隨時留意車輛行人，避免經(jīng)過人多或危險可疑的地方. Mind the vehicles and passengers. Try to avoid crowded or suspicious area. 　　c) 盡量避免晚間獨自外出，避免經(jīng)過案件多發(fā)地段(如Redfern區(qū)、CBD、唐人街、火車站等地案發(fā)率較高)． Avoid going out alon

13、e at night. Avoid dangerous areas such as Redfern, CBD at night. 　　d) 遇到搶劫時可視情況自衛(wèi),或大聲呼救、逃跑；面對持刀搶劫時交錢保命；Defend yourself or cry out loudly for help or run away when facing robbery. Under a knife, give away your money

14、to save your life. 三、晚間聚會 Party at night 1. 成人飲酒務(wù)必適量 Adults should keep moderate drinking 2. 時間不宜過晚 Don’t hang out too late 3. 選擇正規(guī)餐廳和娛樂場所 Choose the right restaurant and recreation place

15、 4. 遠(yuǎn)離醉酒者和有吸毒嫌疑者 Avoid the drunk and drugger 5. 不參與斗毆. 遇見他人斗毆,及時報警,不要貿(mào)然介入勸解 No fighting. Don’t mediate when seeing others fighting. Just report it to police.,留學(xué)人員常見安全問題(safety cases),●財物被搶(Robber

16、y)與被盜(theft)　1) 2008年6-7月新大一女博士住所三次被盜 2) 2007年8—10月臥龍崗大學(xué)中國學(xué)生被搶10多起 3) 據(jù)2008年7月有關(guān)留學(xué)生安全問卷調(diào)查顯示: 20%的學(xué)生被盜過，6％的學(xué)生被搶過●意外受傷：酒后鬧事、被襲、交通事故、火災(zāi)、運動等 (Accidental injuries: drunk incident, being attacked, sports injuries)

17、 1) 2008年11月7日凌晨一學(xué)生在唐人街勸架,被刺12刀 2) 2008年7月28日新大一博士在住處附近被5名青少年襲擊，頭部嚴(yán)重受傷 3) 2008年1月一中國學(xué)生在北悉尼遇車禍重傷●意外死亡：溺亡、車禍死亡、被殺、火災(zāi)等 (Accidental death: drowning, traffic accident, murder) 1) 2008年7月6日紐卡斯?fàn)栆淮T士生在海邊釣魚時被海浪卷走,至今未

18、找到尸體 2) 2006年底年中央昆士蘭大學(xué)悉尼校區(qū)一女生被車撞死　3）2007年10月西悉尼大學(xué)一女生夜晚在宿舍遇害 4）2008年10月26日泰勒學(xué)院一女生被性侵犯，逃生時墜樓死亡 ●失蹤(Missing)　2007年--2008年上半年共有14名中國學(xué)生家長致電總領(lǐng)館，請求協(xié)助尋找在悉尼上學(xué)的孩子。經(jīng)查，有簽證過期已“黑”了的，有未完成學(xué)業(yè)走入社會的，有的長達(dá)三年未與家人聯(lián)系?！裰卮蠹膊。壕癫　┌Y等 (M
