1、<p>　　分子腫瘤病理學及轉(zhuǎn)化研究的新進展 </p><p><b>　　[課程介紹]</b></p><p>　　本課程的授課目標是為學生提供通過轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學深入了解分子腫瘤病理學的途徑和方法。授課內(nèi)容將涉及多個腫瘤研究領域的新進展，如miRNA, 腫瘤表觀遺傳學, 上皮間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化，腫瘤干細胞，新的癌基因和抑癌基因等。

2、分子腫瘤病理學與傳統(tǒng)腫瘤病理學不但相輔相成,而且能在傳統(tǒng)腫瘤病理學的基礎上進一步發(fā)現(xiàn)新的腫瘤標志物用于早期檢測，預測腫瘤的生物學行為及指導治療。</p><p>　　本課程中將會討論介紹多種分子生物學和病理學技術(shù)。例如FISH, 圖象分析, 定量PCR 和多種基于 PCR 的突變分析,和病理免疫組織化學的標準實驗流程和結(jié)果解讀等。</p><p>　　本課程將鼓勵學生運用轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學的視點將基

5、is providing new insights into molecular oncologic pathology through translational research involving multiple cancer research filed, such as miRNA, Epigenetics, Epithelial mesenchymal transition, cancer stem cells, nove

6、l oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes etc. Complementary to and based on traditional diagnostic pathology, molecular oncologic pathology can serve to identify the novel biomarker for early detection of cancer, predict t
