6、effect.alsomakestudyontheinfluencefatssuchasleachingflowratelixiviantconcentrationtheratioofliquidtosolidpackedehigh.Theresultshowsthattheleachingwillgetaoptimalleachingmasstransferundertheconditionofleachingflowrate0.38

7、mLminlixiviantconcentration4%theratioofliquidtosolidis1:2.indertofurthermeoptimizingthemasstransferoftheleachingprocessthesesbaniagumanaturalmacromoleculecompoundweretakenasleachingaidaganttooptimizetheleachingmasstransf

8、er.Theresultshowsthatthesesbaniagumcaneffectlyenhancethemasstransferofleachingprocessofweatheredcrustelutiondepositedrareearthebyreducethemasstransferimpedancecoefficient.undertheeffectofthesesbaniagumthelixiviantconcent

10、chingprocess.Bycomparisonthecarboxymethylsesbaniagumisbetterthanmonoesterphosphatesesbaniagum.undertheeffectofthecarboxymethylsesbaniagumthelixiviantconcentrationcanbecutdown(from3%to2.5%)theleachingflowratecanberised(fr

11、om0.42mLminto0.45mLmin)buthasinsignificanteffectoncutdowntheratioofliquidtosolid.BymeansofqualitativemeasuresthecontactangleIRspectrumthestudyonthemechanismofcarboxymethylsesbaniagumsesbaniagumonenhancetheleachingprocess

12、werecarriedout.TheresultsshowsthatthecarboxymethylsesbaniagumsesbaniagumwereviaabsbonthesurfaceofWeatheredcrustelutiondepositedrareearthetoimprovingthehyhiliaoftheesothattheleachingprocesswillgetabettermasstransfereffect
