6、n the current situation and development planning of Tianjin urban railtransit operation system, this paper studies the operational risk management of TianjinMetro. On the basis of risk management theory, the present situ

7、ation and problems ofthe risk management of subway operation are found through the comparison andanalysis of the risk management system at home and abroad. Combined with thecharacteristics of the metro operation system,
