1、我國自1991年開始實行專業(yè)學(xué)位教育制度以來，經(jīng)過十幾年的努力和建設(shè)，專業(yè)學(xué)位教育發(fā)展迅速.為適應(yīng)我國當前的社會經(jīng)濟形勢對研究生教育結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變的需要，教育部決定從2009年開始招收第一批全日制英語專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生全日制專業(yè)碩士的培養(yǎng)得到了一定的發(fā)展，為中小學(xué)輸送了一大批優(yōu)秀教師。但是由于全日制專業(yè)碩士培養(yǎng)模式還處于探索階段，還有很多不完善之處，比如在課程設(shè)置，師資隊伍，考核方式，實習(xí)等方面。本文旨在從學(xué)生的角度來探討贛南師范大學(xué)全日制英語教
2、學(xué)專業(yè)碩士的培養(yǎng)模式，找出其不足之處，并提出改良的建議，以期優(yōu)化該培養(yǎng)模式。
本文對該模式的培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)查，通過問卷以及訪談的方式對部分英語教育碩士進行了問卷調(diào)查以及訪談。通過調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)，該培養(yǎng)模式在教學(xué)法，師資，課程，實踐等方面存在問題，教學(xué)方式以老師為中心，課程設(shè)置太過理論教材不新穎，課本陳舊，理論課過多，內(nèi)容比較枯燥，實踐性不強，考核方式過于單一等等。
本文最后探討了對師資，教學(xué)方式，考核方式，實踐等
